REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY



Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

1. Cancellation Policy: For Cancellation, please contact us via ‘contact us’ link. Cancellation can be done within 1 day of placing order. Requests for cancellation received after the shipments shall be sole discretion of Daizykidz.

2. Refund Policy: In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, such as the product delivered is different from the product ordered, we can provide a refund. If approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days Under no circumstances, refund will be entertained without genuine reason. Under no circumstance refund will be entertained, if not informed within 3 hours of delivery.

3. Return Policy: We have 10 days of return policy, within 10 days you can return the product in its same condition and tags.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name, payment refund will be made to the same account.

Mode of refund and its conditions will be at the sole discretion of Daizykidz.

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you provide are correct. 'Daizykidz' will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

'In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation by email/SMS, report the issue within 3 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.'

The Timeline to process the refund shall be 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
